AUTHOR REGISTRATION POLICY:
At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the AUTHOR rate (IEEE ComSoc Member, IEEE Member, or Non Member rates) even if the author is a student. One registration is valid for one person. For authors presenting multiple papers, however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.
The registration confirmation code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the LANMAN2017 submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This LANMAN2017 submission site must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.
OVERLENGTH PAGE CHARGES:
Authors with overlength papers (e.g., 7th page for long papers – US$100 overlength charge) must pay for these extra pages during the registration process.
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to email@example.com or the online help form at https://register.comsoc.org/support and they must be received by 19 May 2017. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. Please note that author registration is non-refundable.
To be published in the 23rd IEEE International Symposium on Local and Metropolitan Area Networks (LANMAN 2017) Symposium Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the 2017 IEEE International Symposium on Local and Metropolitan Area Networks (LANMAN) Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography will be used. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
